Did you know that 1,300 men will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer in the USA this year?
Breast Cancer, the Notebook, a foudation of facts at your fingertips.

A foudation of facts at the fingertips of the reader who may have just heard the words "you have breast cancer", or for those who want to take a preventative approach.

Greenwich, CT (PRWEB) September 6, 2006 -- Breast Cancer-the notebook, is the compilation and distillation of important facts and findings by breast cancer survivor, Julia Chiappetta. A comprehensive guide for patients and those who love them, it puts useful, accessible information from numerous sources at their fingertips. The book discusses both clinical and environmental aspects of the disease, empowering patients and their caregivers -- and even those seeking a proactive approach to health and wellness.

Contributions by Dr. Merrick I. Ross, M.D., F.A.C.S., and Professor of Surgical Oncology MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston provide an insightful medical perspective. Widely recognized as one of the best physicians in his field, he was Julia’s physician during her illness and is one of her staunchest supporters in this project.

Julia’s long-term plans call for a Foundation that will provide financial help for individual women suffering with Breast Cancer. Although there are many good Foundations working hard to raise money and awareness for breast cancer, much of the funds go to research. Her goal is to provide hope and help in the individual’s daily challenges.

Julia feels blessed to have had “a team of angels” through her incredible journey -- helping her to heal and bring this project to fruition. With Breast Cancer-the notebook she hopes to give back to the world all the love and support that was so generously given to her.
